Our Story
The very first digital transformation project started by our founder was back in 2017, when Mr. Grgur started developing secondary marketplace for trading shares and bonds. Since then it was clear that digital transformation in many industries Will be a life mission for our founder. Since then Mr. Grgur launched several tech businesses and software engineering team has grown from few people to the team of 60.
Official GreenState Development LLC incorporation was in 2021 when all external and freelance employees has joined one central outsourcing company during the restructuring of the mother company in few business entities.
After successful launch of internal projects and gain of worldwide attention, many external parties and partners has requested the same services on an outsourcing base. Since then our mission has been clear, and that is providing the high quality digital transformation services with maximum efficiency and effectiveness while taking the clients best interest as well as following all UN Sustainable Goals.

Our founder Mr. Grgur Arsenije is serial entrepreneur and currently taking Chairman and CEO role at GreenState AG and MetaSwiss Group AG. Mr. Grgur holds Digital Transformation Certificate with majors in Agility, Digital Platforms and Artificial Intelligence from Harvard Business School, as well as MBA in International Management from SBS Swiss Business School and B.Sc degree in Business Management from Faculty of Law and Legal studies.
